How can I edit my ad?

From the "My Account" box, click on the link "My Ads", then click on the active ad you want to edit and on that page click on the "Edit" button located on top of the ad.

How do I delete my Sold ad?

Go to edit the ad and change the option "Sold" to yes.

Why does my ad not appear?

The ads are not enabled automatically, our team validate all ads prior activation, this will stop the bad guys from overseas trying to post false ads and steal money from people.

You will receive an email notification as soon as your ad is published, please allow 1 hour for us to validate your ad.

Can I create a free ad?

Yes, you can create a free ad using only the free options, More details here.

Do I have to pay?

You only pay if you make use of the paid options. More details here.

How can I pay?

We use a secure payment through PayPal, you can either pay with your account if you have one or by credit card, please notice that we do not store your financial information and PayPal has partnered with Crime Stoppers to help you stay safe online.

Can I add a photo?

Yes, you can add up to 10 images per ad. There is a flat fee of AU$5.00

How do I upload photos to my ad?

You can upload photos while creating an ad or editing using the gallery option under the "Coupon Code" field, click on the "Browse" button to select an image from your computer, then click the "Upload" button, repeat the process for each image you want to upload and when finished click on the "Send" button at the bottom of the page.
